Mechanical Intern

Job Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for final-year graduates to join our team and be part of the best and brightest in digital product talent. This role is open for folks who have final year graduates and 0-2+ years. The goal is to design and fabricate mechanical components of innovation and excellence. After the internship period, this position may be transformed to a full-time post based on evaluation (6 months)

Job Responsibility

• Design new products and Craft models and drawings of products using CAD
• Analyze prototype data and retest if needed
• Carry out testing, troubleshooting, and preparing technical reports
• Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
• Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
• Support R&D projects of product development.
• Work closely with mechanical engineers in research and product development
• Generate documentation and technical project guides

Requirements/Skills:

• Final year in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant disciplines
• Knowledge of mechanical components, fabrication process is essential
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid works, Catiar
• Knowledge on automotive/electrical/battery systems/embedded systems is preferable.
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in a startup environment.
